The Contract to Hire model is one which is becoming more and more popular in the marketplace. This option allows both the hiring company and the new team member to “try before you buy”. There is little risk on either part and no obligation by the hiring company to convert the team member at the end of the contract.

Our standard contract allows for fee-free conversion after 6 months on contract.
